What do I want to happen with mua life?

For one thing, I'd like to have a job. A real source of income. That would be fun. /*money is fun*/

Another thing, I'd like to learn more about Web applications. With all the excitement around, especially now that we have AJAX and that Google has so many exciting products and services being released almost every 2 weeks, I want to be part of the fun.:-0 I don't want to miss the party!:)

And still another thing, I WANT TO HAVE A GOOGLE T-SHIRT!!!!! (I'm not shouting okay, just plain excited)

Welcome To My Blog

Welcome, reader, to my blog. The first thing you'll notice about this blog is that, well, it's new! (duh)

My brother had been pushing me (literally) to open up an account on Blogger. What can I say, my brother's a geek!

What are my interests? Hmmm (*thinking...*)

Well, just like mi hermano, I, too, like computers (Alright, I confess, I'm a geek! But I prefer to think of myself as a "computer enthusiast".:-)) My interests range from operating systems to Web development to open-source softwares. I'm also into graphics design, PC games (who says girls can't play Half Life 2?!), Linux, Google, wireless networking, mp3s, literature (that includes both prose and poetry) and more.

My heroes include Larry Page (I wonder what's his brain like?), Sergey Brin (I think he's funny ... *winks*), Bill Gates (no comment), Steve Jobs (why make Macs so expensive? *winks* I still like him though), Sir Tim Berners-Lee (let's not forget who started the Web), Linus Torvalds (let's thank him for freeing the world from proprietary software/s), Leo Laporte (he's funny and at the same time informative), Harry Truman (give 'em hell!) and mi favorito escribiente, Ernest Hemingway (I'd love to hear him say "bullshit!" to everyone).:-)
